Dr.-Oyoyo-Onuoha

Dr. Oyoyo O. Onuoha, MD

Dr. Onuoha, a board-certified internal medicine physician in Mesa, AZ, brings global experience and compassionate care to Stripes Primary Care. Born in England and raised between England and Nigeria, she earned her medical degree from the University of Bristol in 1996 and practiced throughout the UK before moving to Shepparton, Australia, where she and her husband, Dr. Nwosu, served as emergency room physicians.

In 2002, the couple relocated to New York City, where Dr. Onuoha completed her internal medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn in 2008. After practicing in various states, they eventually settled in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Onuoha worked as a hospitalist at Mountain Vista Medical Center before co-founding Stripes Primary Care.

Known for her kindness, patience, and clinical wisdom, Dr. Onuoha is deeply trusted by her patients. She and Dr. Nwosu have five children and are active in both their local community and international outreach. Dr. Onuoha also co-founded Stripes International Academy in Nigeria, reflecting her commitment to education and service. Her diverse background enhances the exceptional care she delivers at Stripes Primary Care.

Dr. Chikwendu Chris Nwosu

Dr. Chikwendu Chris Nwosu, MD

Dr. Nwosu, a board-certified internal medicine physician in Mesa, AZ, brings decades of global medical experience to Stripes Primary Care, which he co-founded with his wife, Dr. Oyoyo Onuoha, in 2011.

Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Nwosu earned his medical degree from the University of Nigeria – Nsukka in 1994. He began his career practicing pediatrics in The Gambia before relocating to London in 1998, where he met and married Dr. Onuoha. Rather than a traditional honeymoon, the couple embarked on a working holiday to Shepparton, Australia, serving together as emergency room physicians for a year.

In 2003, they moved to New York City, where Dr. Nwosu completed his internal medicine residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn. He went on to serve in multiple healthcare settings across the U.S., including St. Francis Medical Center in Missouri, Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, and Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Nwosu is deeply committed to philanthropy. He and Dr. Onuoha co-founded Stripes International Academy, a primary school in his hometown of Ihite-Ude Ofeme, Abia State, Nigeria. He also partnered with his brother to launch a local transport company that eases commutes for rural villagers. Faith is central to his life, and he remains actively involved in churches both in the U.S. and Nigeria.

Dr. Nwosu is known for his compassion, cultural insight, and clinical excellence—values that continue to shape the care offered at Stripes Primary Care. He and Dr. Onuoha are proud parents of five children.

Gabriela Lien PA-C

Gabriela Lien PA-C

Gabriela Lien is a board certified Physician Assistant who is passionate about helping patients navigate their own journey to optimal health through individualized, patient-centered care and shared decision-making.

An Arizona native, she graduated with honors from The University of Arizona with a B.S. in Physiology before earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, AZ. She brings a wealth of diverse medical experience to her practice, having previously worked in rural health, orthopedics, and a wide variety of outpatient specialties ranging from women’s health to oncology and cardiology.

Gabby lives locally in Apache Junction with her husband and three dogs. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and learning new crafts.

Rhonda Creegan, FNP-C

Rhonda Creegan is a board certified nurse practitioner with 13 years of experience as a registered nurse in skilled nursing and oncology, including leadership experience as a Director of Nursing. Her career has been grounded in compassionate, patient-centered care, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to supporting both patients and interdisciplinary teams. She strives to deliver evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

Outside of work, she is a proud wife and mother of two active preteens who keep life busy and rewarding. Much of her free time is spent at the softball field or at the skatepark, cheering them on and enjoying family time. Her two Boxer dogs and parrot round out the household and add plenty of energy to her days.

Balancing career and family life has strengthened her resilience, empathy, and dedication — qualities she brings to every patient interaction.

Emma

Emma Roy, PA-C

Emma Roy is a board-certified Physician Assistant who is passionate about delivering compassionate and holistic, patient-centered care. As a recent graduate, she brings fresh clinical training, evidence-based knowledge, and a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships with patients.

She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS in New Hampshire, where she received comprehensive training in primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, emergency medicine, and surgery. During clinical rotations, she developed a passion for caring for the whole person—integrating physical, mental, and lifestyle factors into individualized treatment plans.

As a nationally certified Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Emma is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and lifelong learning.

Emma believes that quality healthcare starts with listening. She strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Outside of clinical practice, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, doing pilates and barre workouts, painting, cooking, reading, walking, and playing with her dog Braxton.

Lily Lines, FNP-C

Lily Lines is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Arizona native dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at United States University, further advancing her commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Lily worked as a special needs school nurse, where she developed a strong passion for patient advocacy and individualized care. After completing her graduate training, she specialized in gastroenterology, gaining valuable experience managing a wide range of digestive health conditions. She has since returned to primary care, where she enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their overall health and wellness.

Outside of work, she enjoys running and staying active at the gym.

Jayna-Raub-FNP

Jayna Raub, FNP

Jayna is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for holistic, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and brings over a decade of hands-on clinical experience to her role.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Jayna worked as a registered nurse for 12 years, specializing in Trauma Intensive Care, Oncology, and Triage at HonorHealth Scottsdale Osborn Medical Center. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, she also lived in Laguna Niguel, California, before settling in Arizona in 2004.

Outside the clinic, Jayna enjoys weight training, reading, and hiking—activities that reflect her strong interest in health, wellness, and balance in life.

Jessica Glentz FNP-C

Jessica Glentz, FNP-C

Jessica Glentz is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Gilbert, AZ, with a focus on primary care and a decade of experience in the medical field. Born and raised in Arizona, she now resides in Gilbert with her fiancé and son.

Jessica began her healthcare journey as a registered nurse, gaining experience in home health, pediatrics, and medical-surgical observation. As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in both primary care and addiction medicine, combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion.

Born in the Philippines, she has served as a nurse for 24 years before becoming a nurse practitioner, with clinical experience spanning the Philippines, Belfast in the United Kingdom, and Arizona.

She earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Phoenix, furthering her lifelong passion for patient-centered care. Her diverse, global nursing background allows her to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of her professional life, she is a proud wife and mother of three, with one beloved dog. In her free time, she enjoys watching Hallmark movies, sewing, and cooking for her family.

Vincent Noriega

Vincent Noriega, NP-C

Vincent Noriega is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner based in Gilbert, AZ, with more than two decades of experience in patient care. A proud Arizona native, he began his nursing career in 2002 and served in various clinical roles, including as a nurse supervisor at Scottsdale Healthcare.

In 2011, Vincent earned his Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Since then, he has developed expertise in family practice, endocrinology, physical medicine, and bio-identical hormone therapy. Known for his well-rounded clinical knowledge and patient-focused care, Vincent is dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being.

He currently lives in Gilbert with his wife and four children.
